Afshan Omar is a certified Permaculture Designer in Malawi who has worked with a wide variety of projects. She currently works with the Area 25 Health Center in Lilongwe and has helped to turn the site into an oasis of health, nutrition, and sustainability! This interview was aired by Cruise 5, a local television and radio program which focuses on individuals, projects, and social issues in Malawi.
