Seeds are the lifeblood of the planet.  Plants begin as seeds and end as seeds–a natural  ‘alpha and omega’–which allows the cycles of nature to nourish and sustain all of the earth’s interconnected ecosystems.  We’d like to share a Seed Saving Guide with you that was was brought to our attention by our friends at Midwest Permaculture.  This guide has been put out by Adaptive Seeds, a seed company, based in Oregon, that grows and sells “only public domain, open-pollinated (OP) seed, and some diverse gene-pool mixes. NONE of their seeds are proprietary hybrids (F1), patented (PVP) or genetically modified (GMO) and all of their seed is grown without the use of chemical fertilizers, herbicides or pesticides’.   Check them out as well as their guide which may be downloaded below as a PDF document:

All donations go directly towards helping to spread Permaculture solutions throughout Malawi. Every little bit helps, and even a little can go a long way!
